1. Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment in any Giddy Swimmers program requires completion of the registration process and agreement to these Terms of Service. A parent or legal guardian must register participants under the age of 18.
Giddy Swimmers reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment at our discretion to maintain safety and appropriate class structure.
2. Payment Policy
All lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the scheduled session unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made through approved payment methods provided during registration. Failure to complete payment may result in removal from scheduled classes.
Prices, program structures, and payment policies may change at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Due to limited class sizes and instructor scheduling, Giddy Swimmers maintains the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to qualify for a make-up lesson when available.
Missed lessons without proper notice may be forfeited.
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Giddy Swimmers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather conditions, pool closures, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refund Policy
Refund policies may vary by program. Unless otherwise stated:
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Once a session has begun, refunds may not be issued for unused lessons.
In certain circumstances, credits toward future lessons may be offered at the discretion of Giddy Swimmers.
5. Safety and Participation
Swimming involves inherent risks. By enrolling in lessons, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participants agree to:
Follow all instructor directions and safety rules
Use appropriate swim attire
Inform instructors of any medical conditions that may affect participation
Giddy Swimmers reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves or others.
6. Health Requirements
Participants should not attend lessons if they are experiencing contagious illness, open wounds, or other health conditions that could pose a risk to others.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are physically able to participate in swimming activities.
7. Supervision
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children outside of the scheduled lesson time. Giddy Swimmers instructors are responsible for supervision only during the active lesson period.
8. Photo and Media Release
From time to time, Giddy Swimmers may take photographs or videos during lessons or events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
By participating in our programs, you grant permission for Giddy Swimmers to use such media unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giddy Swimmers, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in swimming lessons or related activities.

10. Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a positive learning environment. Participants and parents agree to treat instructors, staff, and other swimmers with respect.
Giddy Swimmers reserves the right to terminate participation for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
11. Changes to Terms
Giddy Swimmers may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
